The Beachwalk Inn - Environmental Review

  • 147 Stimson Avenue/150 Hinds Avenue. In the Central Commercial District at the westerly termini of Stimson Avenue and Hinds Avenue immediately landward of the beach. The project would be located on APNs 005-152-027, -032 for 147 Stimson and APN 005-152-033 for 150 Hinds.
  • The draft Mitigated Negative Declaration, Initial Study and reference documents are available for review from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at the City of Pismo Beach Community Development Department Planning Division front counter, located upstairs at City Hall, 760 Mattie Road.  The draft document is also available on the City’s website at review period for the project is from Monday, March 16 to April 6, 2014.  For additional information, please call (805) 773-4658.
