Finance

Overview
The Finance Division is part of the Administrative Services Department and provides the public and its employees all financial related services. Some of the key functions include:  
  • Financial services to the public, including billing and collecting for utility services, transient occupancy tax, business licenses, and other money matters.  
  • Financial services for the City and its employees, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budget development and long range forecasts, updating the City's fees, and financial reports.
  • Treasury Management of the City's funds, including investing the City's funds in various securities.
  • Debt Management of the City's funds, including securing bond financing and administration of those issuances.
