The City of Pismo Beach seeks dedicated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic members of the public to serve as Advisory Body members. Advisory Body members are indispensable volunteers who serve a key role as advisors to the City Council regarding the matters within the purview of the body. Notices regarding vacant Advisory Body seats will be posted to this page.
In addition to conducting an annual recruitment to fill routine vacancies during December and January, the City Clerk's Office accepts membership applications for all bodies on an ongoing basis. Applications may be submitted in person or by mail to the Clerk's Office, City Hall, 760 Mattie Road, Pismo Beach, CA 93449, by fax to the Clerk's Office at 773-7006, or by email to City Clerk Erica Inderlied at email@example.com.
Any Advisory Body membership applications received by the Clerk's Office will be held on file for one year, during which time the applicant will be notified of and given the opportunity to interview for any vacancies that may arise within their Advisory Bodies of interest.
