Private Event Rentals
The City of Pismo Beach is pleased to be able to offer this stunning Estate for private rentals. As one of the oldest private estates on the Central Coast it has decades of history and stories and has been home to some of the area’s most well-known fundraisers in addition to all the private parties and celebrations that Clifford Chapman hosted over the years.
Private events of up to 50 guests are welcome at the Estate and include use of the Pagoda area overlooking the windmill and ocean, the Begonia House which offers partial shade and works as a natural transition area between spaces with sliding doors, and the main lawn area in front of the house, which has two terraced lawn areas and is protected from the wind by the house. Please let me know what dates you are looking for and I’ll check the calendar for availability.
Use of the property for private events are from 11 am – 7 pm. Accommodations can be made for Friday set-up and Monday rental pick-up if requested.
The rental fee does not include any rentals or catering services, but we are happy to suggest local vendors. Use of the pool, Gull Cottage and main house are not available currently. Portable restrooms are available on the south end of the property and are cleaned Friday mornings. You may also rent additional restrooms to be brought in on a trailer to better accommodate your guests. There is an additional cleaning deposit of $390 that will be refunded once the Estate has been cleaned and returned to the state in which it was rented.
