No, you have to call Reservation America at (800) 444-7275. Reservation America

3. Do I have to reserve a designated area to use it?

No, but if you want to guarantee that area for your event you do have to reserve it. If not it is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

4. Does the city provide equipment (table & chairs) with the rental of designated areas within a park?

No.
