Whom do I contact to report a problem with a street light?
PG&E does repairs to streetlights. You have three options available for reporting problems.
- Call the City at (805) 773-4656 (we will advise PG&E).
- Call PG&E toll free at (800) 743-5000
- Fill out a form online at PG & E

You will need to have the street address closest to the pole in addition to the pole number, which is located 7' above the bottom of the pole.Report Streetlight Problem to PG&E
