NOTICE TO BIDDERS

 SEALED BIDS will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 760 Mattie Road, Pismo Beach, California, until 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, April 6, 2023 as determined by www.time.gov for performing work as follows:

 TOUCAN TERRACE PIPELINE RECOATING PROJECT

A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. Please meet promptly at the southeast corner of 228 Irish Way, Pismo Beach. Bidders that do not attend this mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be disqualified from bidding on this project.

Before submitting bids, Contractors shall be licensed in accordance with the Laws of the State of California. Accordingly, the successful Bidder shall possess a C-33 Painting and Decorating Contractor’s License at the time this contract is awarded. 

Project Plans and Specifications are available at the Engineering Division office located at 760 Mattie Road, Pismo Beach, CA, 93449. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 per set will be charged.
