The City Engineering Division of the Public Works Department consists of 2 main divisions under the supervision of the City Engineer:
- The capital projects division administers the design, construction and inspection of all publicly funded facilities and infrastructure projects.
- The development engineering division ensures all construction in the public right of way complies with adopted codes and engineering standards. Development engineering is also responsible for all subdivision processing.
